Welcome to SeaHouse Imagery’s website. This website, https://seahouseimagery.com.au is owned and operated by SeaHouse Imagery (ABN 72436597578) and the office is registered to Culburra Beach, NSW Australia.
Please read the following Terms of Use Agreement carefully. By accessing or using my site and services, you hereby agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern SeaHouse Imagery’s relationship with you in connection with this website. If you do not expressly agree to all of the terms and conditions, please do not access or use my website or my services.
- Operation of Terms
(b) By purchasing any products, images, Membership (if applicable), or creating an account or by signing up to my mailing list you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
(c) When purchasing products or photography/images or Membership, Fees may be paid for by credit card or other payment service provided for in the Website, according to the terms of the relevant financial institution.
(d) SeaHouse Imagery may provide you with a password to enable access to the Images. This must be kept in a secure place, and must not be disclosed to any third party. Members may not under any circumstances transfer membership or login credentials to a third party - whether a client, customer, or business partner.
(e) If you breach any of these terms and conditions, we may terminate our agreement with you with or without written notice to you.
(f) You must not sub-license or assign the rights granted to you under any Membership or Account. Should a third party wish to exercise those rights, they should create their own account.
- Grant of Rights
(a) SeaHouse Imagery grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable Membership/Log In Account to use, reproduce or display the Image in accordance with these terms.
(b) Except for the rights expressly granted to you under a Membership/Log In, you acknowledge that you do not have any right, title or interest in or to, the Image, including any copyright and other intellectual property rights.
(c) You agree to take all commercially reasonable steps to prevent third parties from reproducing or exploiting any Image without authorisation, and to notify SeaHouse Imagery (by email to info@seahouseimagery.com) if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
(d) By signing up to my mailing list for this purpose, such subscribers are considered "Users" of the site and are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prohibited Uses
(a) No image may be used in connection with pornography, adult videos, adult entertainment venues, escort services, dating services, or the like; or for advertisement or promotion of tobacco, firearms or any unlawful or illegal activity.
(b) You must not use an image in a manner which violates or infringes copyright or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
(c) Images must not be used in, or as, a trade mark, service mark or logo.
(d) Images must not be posted online in downloadable format, or such as to enable an image to be distributed or shared in any file sharing arrangement.
Deb Murray/SeaHouse Imagery remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of the copyright of all artwork and photography for sale on this website and for advertising purposes in this store. These images are watermarked, please do not use, save or copy the images, as it is an infringement of copyright. Thank you. – Deb
4. Credits
(a) You must not falsely represent or imply that the Image was created, or is owned by you or any other person other than the copyright owner, SeaHouse Imagery.
(b) Images displayed with watermarks on this website are for advertising purposes for SeaHouse Imagery and you must not remove any notice of copyright, watermark, trademark or other intellectual property right, or other information that may appear on, embedded in, or in connection with the Image.
(c) No credit to SeaHouse Imagery is required, but always appreciated! Please do not take credit for the photos yourself, or credit any third party. Deb Murray/SeaHouse Imagery remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of the copyright of all artwork and photography for sale on this website and for advertising purposes in this store.

(a) SeaHouse Imagery does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the performance, accuracy, timeliness or suitability of the information offered on this website. You, as the website user, hereby acknowledge that such information may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or errors and I expressly exclude any liability for such to the fullest extent permissible by law.
(b) Your use of any information or products on this website is at your own risk, for which SeaHouse Imagery shall not be liable. It is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific needs.
(c) This website may include links to other websites that are not controlled by SeaHouse Imagery. These links are purely provided for further information to you. As website user, you acknowledge that you use them at your own risk. Also, I have no control over the content and availability of those websites.
